This Is The Day That The Lord Has Made...

This is the day that the Lord has made...I will rejoice and be glad in it.

Thank God for another day.  I will rejoice and give thanks for what I sometimes take for granted.  Thank You God for waking me up this morning.  It was not the alarm clock; it was not the sound of the birds chirping; but it was Your mercy and grace that kept me so I give You thanks.  I submit my body unto You as a living sacrifice—holy and acceptable—for this is required of me.  I will not be conformed to the customs of this world, but rather be transformed by the renewing of my mind.  I understand Your Ways are higher than my ways, and Your thoughts are higher than my thoughts.   Please order my steps and guide my feet in Your Word, so I will not be overcome by any evil.  I want to do Your perfect will...allow my will to be lost in Thine.

I have fasted from that which consumed me and I thank You for the revelatory knowledge You have given me during the process.  I thirst and hunger for more wisdom, knowledge and understanding.  Open up the floodgates of heaven and pour out a fresh anointing upon Your servant.  Cover me with the robe of righteousness to exegete Your Word...Use me as Your modus operandi to preach Your Word with power; it shall produce fruit, accomplish and prosper wherever You send it.  When it’s all said and done, I shall be ever so mindful to give Your Name the glory and honor for the awesome blessings that overflow.  In the Marvelous, Magnificent, Matchless and Majestic, Mighty Name of Jesus I pray—Amen.
